I've Got a Crush on You

When someone says crush injury or crush syndrome, the first thing that comes to mind is usually some form of massive trauma causing the injury. While this is a 2-hour presentation, this can be adapted to include a hands-on component which requires the participation of fire/rescue and EMS.
